Unpacking Video Requirement

• At the time of receiving your order, you must record a complete unpacking video of the package.

• The video must clearly show the condition of the package before opening, the unboxing process, and the product inside.

• If the product is found to be defective or damaged in the video, we will provide a replacement.

• If you do not have an unpacking video, you will not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Eligibility for Returns/Replacement

• The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

• Customized or altered items are not eligible for return.

• Claims for replacement must be made within 3 days of delivery.
